1. Agreement

By creating an account or using My Media Boss ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

My Media Boss provides a client portal and operations platform for agencies and their clients, including request intake, deliverable review, approvals, messaging, file storage, and billing tools.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, harmful, or deceptive content.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or bypass security measures.
• No use of the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

5. Plans, billing, refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may vary by region (e.g. Greece vs. rest of the world). Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with applicable consumer law.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you and your collaborators.

7. Confidentiality

We treat client briefs, files, and messages as confidential and only access them as required to operate, support, or improve the Service.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to other users or the Service.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Media Boss will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Athens, Greece, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
