Account data: name, email, company name, password (hashed).
Workspace data: requests, files, comments, approvals, invoices you create.
Usage data: log events, IP, device/browser, timestamps, to operate and secure the Service.

3. How we use it

Provide the Service and the features you ask for.
Authenticate users and prevent abuse.
Communicate service updates, billing, and support replies.
Improve and debug the platform.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

We rely on contract performance to deliver the Service, legitimate interest for security and product improvement, legal obligation for tax/accounting, and consent for optional marketing communications.

5. Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors needed to run the platform (hosting, database, email delivery, payments). We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

We keep account and workspace data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period after closure to comply with legal obligations.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit, row-level security at the database, and least-privilege access controls. No system is 100% secure — please report suspected vulnerabilities to us.
